Rasmussen is the solo project of John Rasmussen. He is based out of Denver Colorado. His styles range from harsh noise and power electronics to IDM / experimental / minimal. John began performing and recording in 1999. Rasmussen uses the following equipment Computers running many combinations of music and dsp software. Drum machines such as the Roland TR606, Korg ER-1 Keyboards such as the Alesis Micron, Korg Polysix, Yamaha DX100, and many midi controllers. Old Commodore computers such as the C64 with synthcart, prophet 64, and various tracker programs Some circit bent toys and 555 oscillator circuits. |
